Chris Molan

Chris Molan trained as a graphic artist in the 60’s then as an illustrator.  She works from her studio at the Bristol Guild.  Her illustration career has drawn on an obsession with West Country Landscapes and coastal seascapes.  She escaped from the pressure of deadlines to make open air studies of bracken and cloud effects on the Mendip hills.  She prefers to work this way it brings to her pictures a real sense of being there, the sound, the smells and the textures.
